Norfolk’s Prosecutor Arrested for DUI

Greg D. Underwood, Norfolk’s top prosecutor, was arrested last Wednesday night for driving under the influence.According to report, Underwood was arrested at Brambleton Avenue exit in Norfolk but was taken to Virginia Beach magistrate to avoid any conflict of interest. Sgt. Michelle Anaya also reported that Underwood was later released on unsecured bond.In addition to DUI, Underwood was also charged with refusal, driving through a work zone and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.Click here for more of this [...]

27-Year Old Woman Faces DUI Charge

Monica Johnson, 27 years old, was arrested last Monday morning for DUI and vehicular manslaughter.According to report, a neighbor called the police shortly after they heard the accident. When the police responded to the scene, the vehicle was still in the area and had looked like it had backed into the garage. 33-Year Old Man Charged with DUI

Jason Collins, 33 years old, was charged with driving under the influence after the 29-year old Casey Kohlmeier got killed when his patrol vehicle struck in a median turnaround at Route 23. According to report, Collins was traveling north on Interstate 55 when his pickup truck left the road and hit the patrol car. Collins was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Kenosha Man Charged with DUI

Adam R. Bileck, 32 years old, was charged with driving under the influence after he smashed an SUV that burst into flames last Friday morning.According to report, the SUV went off the road and struck a north suburban townhouse before bursting into flame. 62-Year Old Man Faces his 14th DUI Charge

Edwin Cuch, 62 years old, appeared in Yellowstone County District Court and pleaded not guilty to his 14th DUI charge.According to report, Cuch was arrested last Oct. 19 after the authorities received a complaint regarding a possible DUI driver. Wellington Woman Arrested for DUI

Robin Matthews, 49 years old, was arrested for driving under the influence last Sunday afternoon. A witness reported seeing Matthews crash into a tree twice.According to report, Matthews was driving a van when she knocked over a mailbox and hit a fire hydrant.
