East Stroudsburg Man Faces DUI Charge

Jesse Marmolejo, 20 years old, was arrested after he crashed his vehicle on a Middle Smith Township property and then fled with his car. According to report, the suspect crashed a small sedan on a Yukon Drive at around 4 a.m. last February 2. A witness then described three men exiting the vehicle and driving south on Sellersville Drive. After the police had stopped the vehicle, the driver admitted to the crash. Aggravated DUI Charge Reduced to First Offense DUI

The aggravated charge against 19-year old Sawyer Thomas Steede was reduced to first offense DUI after the defendant’s lawyer presented expert testimony from the truck’s computer system indicating that Steede didn’t push on the gas.According to report, the Mississippi State University student was arrested on a stiffer penalty after the September 17 incident that killed Kaleb Barker. 35-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

Following a fatal crash that killed a woman and injured her child, Eugene Mitchell was arrested last Saturday morning for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter. According to report, a 58-year old woman was driving eastbound on Foresthilll Road when a Dodge pickup truck drifter into her lane and crashed into her vehicle. Conway Woman Faces DUI Charge

Following a fatal car crash last Jan. 25, 28-year old Brittany Lewis was charged with two counts of DUI resulting in death and one count of driving under the influence resulting in great bodily injury.According to report, Lewis was driving a 2011 pickup truck west on Bucksport Road when she failed to stop at a sign. Democrat Reuben Collins, vice president of the Charles County Board of Commissioners, was arrested last Thursday evening for driving under the influence of alcohol. Snow Plow Driver Faces DUI Charge

Thomas Keith Henderson, West Virginia Department of Transportation worker, is now facing a DUI charge following his arrest last Wednesday.According to report, Henderson was arrested near Keystone after a police officer stopped him because his driver’s side headlight was out. Springfield Man Faces DUI Charge

After crashing his vehicle into a tree near Fifth and Canedy streets, 23-year old Landen K. Keith was charged last Saturday with driving under the influence. According to report, Keith was trying to turn right onto Canedy from Fifth when he lost control of his vehicle. His car went off the road and subsequently crashed into a tree. 29-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

Ronald Marshall, 29 years old, was arrested last Saturday evening for driving under the influence.According to report, the incident took place at 10:15 p.m. north of Taft. Marshall was driving a Suzuki GSXR 750 westbound on Taft Highway when he veered to the right east of Midway Road and hit the guardrail.
