20-Year Old Driver Faces DUI and Vehicular Homicide Charges

After getting involved in a fatal crash that left two passengers injured, 20-year old Nicholas Alvarado was charged with driving under the influence. According to report, Alvarado was speeding won Austin Bluffs when he lost control of his vehicle and went off the road. A female passenger seated at the back of his vehicle was thrown out of the car. Christine Clarke, a History teacher at Lincoln Middle School, was arrested last Tuesday for allegedly driving under the influence. 48-Year Old Man Faces DUI Charge

Following a high-speed chase with northern Arizona authorities, James O’Donnell was arrested for allegedly driving his motorcycle while intoxicated.According to report, sheriff’s deputy spotted a crash motorcycle last Sunday evening and the driver was on the side of a road. 25-Year Old Driver Arrested for DUI

Michael Rafaloski was arrested after killing a pedestrian in Brookline early Sunday morning. According to report, Rafaloski was noticeably intoxicated when he hit and killed 25-year old Sean Conroy. 2 Years in Prison for DUI Charge

Timothy L. Bartlett, 50 years old, was sentenced to two years in prison for his 4th DUI charge.According to report, Bartlett was arrested last May 2013 after he was caught driving below the speed limit. 70-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

After getting involved in a car crash that killed a 79-year old driver, J.L. Hayesworth was arrested last Saturday for allegedly driving under the influence. According to report, the victim was driving a motorized wheelchair when he struck by Hayesworth.  The 79-year old victim was ejected from his wheelchair right after the fatal collision. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Arrested for Alleged DUI

Washington County Sheriff’s Lt. Jake Adams was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence last Sunday. According to report, Adams drifted off the right shoulder then over corrected back to the left. The vehicle left the roadway and went straight to a dirt embankment.
