48-Year Old Man Faces DUI Charge

Following a high-speed chase with northern Arizona authorities, James O’Donnell was arrested for allegedly driving his motorcycle while intoxicated.According to report, sheriff’s deputy spotted a crash motorcycle last Sunday evening and the driver was on the side of a road. During a breathalyzer test, it was found out that O’Donnell’s BAC level was at .203 percent.In addition to DUI, the suspect will also be facing a charge on unlawful flight from a pursuing law-enforcement vehicle. Chris Kattan Faces DUI Charge

After slamming his vehicle into a highway construction truck, comedic actor Chris Kattan was arrested on Los Angeles freeway early Monday morning for driving under the influence. According to report, the actor was driving a 2011 Mercedes on the Ventura Freeway when the incident took place. 25-Year Old Driver Arrested for DUI

Michael Rafaloski was arrested after killing a pedestrian in Brookline early Sunday morning. According to report, Rafaloski was noticeably intoxicated when he hit and killed 25-year old Sean Conroy. 2 Years in Prison for DUI Charge

Timothy L. Bartlett, 50 years old, was sentenced to two years in prison for his 4th DUI charge.According to report, Bartlett was arrested last May 2013 after he was caught driving below the speed limit. In addition to the 2-year prison sentenced, he was also ordered to pay a fine of nearly $2,000.Bartlett told the police during his arrest, “I don’t have a license, and now I’m going to prison for five years.”For more of this story, click here.

Chris Kattan was arrested in the early morning of February 10 in California after he was pulled over and arrested for driving at slow speeds on the 101 Freeway. It was also reported that he crossed an area that was coned off and hit a Department of Transportation vehicle. 70-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

After getting involved in a car crash that killed a 79-year old driver, J.L. Hayesworth was arrested last Saturday for allegedly driving under the influence. According to report, the victim was driving a motorized wheelchair when he struck by Hayesworth.  The 79-year old victim was ejected from his wheelchair right after the fatal collision. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Arrested for Alleged DUI

Washington County Sheriff’s Lt. Jake Adams was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence last Sunday. According to report, Adams drifted off the right shoulder then over corrected back to the left. The vehicle left the roadway and went straight to a dirt embankment. According to officials in Riverside, Gregory Ethan Gurney of Corona, 22 years of age, was driving under the influence Friday morning causing a collision that resulted in the death of a man who was standing on the side of the road.
