The aggravated charge against 19-year old Sawyer Thomas Steede was reduced to first offense DUI after the defendant’s lawyer presented expert testimony from the truck’s computer system indicating that Steede didn’t push on the gas.According to report, the Mississippi State University student was arrested on a stiffer penalty after the September 17 incident that killed Kaleb Barker. 35-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

Following a fatal crash that killed a woman and injured her child, Eugene Mitchell was arrested last Saturday morning for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter. According to report, a 58-year old woman was driving eastbound on Foresthilll Road when a Dodge pickup truck drifter into her lane and crashed into her vehicle. Conway Woman Faces DUI Charge

Following a fatal car crash last Jan. 25, 28-year old Brittany Lewis was charged with two counts of DUI resulting in death and one count of driving under the influence resulting in great bodily injury.According to report, Lewis was driving a 2011 pickup truck west on Bucksport Road when she failed to stop at a sign. Following an incident where he crashed a marked patrol vehicle into a wall near Speedway Blvd., University of Arizona police officer John McGrath was arrested last Saturday evening for Super Extreme DUI. Cinthia Costa was arrested early Saturday morning for speeding and driving under the influence. After getting involved in a fatal crash that killed a 45-year old Colorado man, Michael Allee was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving under the influence. According to report, Allee was driving a 1993 Toyota northbound on Highway 41 north of Summit Road when he lost control of his vehicle. Kelseyville Woman Faces DUI Charge

Kristina Branda, 22 years old, was arrested last Sunday evening for allegedly driving under the influence.According to report, Branda was driving a 1997 Cadillac north on Fairway Drive when her car went off the road and hit an embankment. Snow Plow Driver Faces DUI Charge

Thomas Keith Henderson, West Virginia Department of Transportation worker, is now facing a DUI charge following his arrest last Wednesday.According to report, Henderson was arrested near Keystone after a police officer stopped him because his driver’s side headlight was out.
