Sheriff’s Lieutenant Arrested for Alleged DUI

Washington County Sheriff’s Lt. Jake Adams was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence last Sunday. According to report, Adams drifted off the right shoulder then over corrected back to the left. The vehicle left the roadway and went straight to a dirt embankment. While Adams sustained minor injuries, nobody else inside the vehicle was reported injured.Adams is likely to face charges on DUI, carrying a weapon while intoxicated and making an unsafe lane change.For more of this news, click [...]

Man Accused of DUI in Fatal Accident

According to officials in Riverside, Gregory Ethan Gurney of Corona, 22 years of age, was driving under the influence Friday morning causing a collision that resulted in the death of a man who was standing on the side of the road. 30-Year Old Driver Charged with DUI

David Smith was arrested last Friday after causing a car accident that caused a woman her foot.According to report, Smith drove into another vehicle on Kelly road last Dec. 6 that caused injuries not only to himself but also to another driver. Former Professional Football Player Accused of DUI

Brit W. Miller was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly driving under the influence. According to report, Illinois State Police spotted a pickup truck traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes on Eldorado Street near Fairview Avenue. Following a two-crash in South Side’s Fuller Park that left three children and five adults injured, Robin Sewell was arrested last Monday for driving under the influence.According to report, the incident took place at around 1:35 a.m. wherein one car and minivan were involved. Wasilla Woman Faces DUI Charge

Natasha Bowers, 36 years old, was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving under the influence.According to report, Bowers was arrested after Alaska State Troopers said she tried to elude authorities by driving into her garage. 30-Year Old Man Pleaded No Contest to DUI

Following his arrest last September, 30-year old Trent Kowalski pleaded no contest to driving under the influence.According to report, Kowalski entered his pleas in Platte County Court to third-degree assault in an Oct. shooting incident and driving under the influence last September. Probation for Aggravated DUI Charge

Following an accident that killed the passenger inside her vehicle more than two years ago, 25-year old Samantha N. Kater was sentenced to serve four years probation including 1,000 hour of community service. Kater will serve the probation time after she was charged with aggravated driving under the influence last Oct. 2011. She was accused of being intoxicated when the incident happened. Jesse Marmolejo, 20 years old, was arrested after he crashed his vehicle on a Middle Smith Township property and then fled with his car. According to report, the suspect crashed a small sedan on a Yukon Drive at around 4 a.m. last February 2.
