Beatrice Man Faces His 4th DUI Charge

Kyle O. Brenden, 50 years old, was arrested last Friday evening on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to report, Brenden drove into Cenex gas station in North Beatrice and appeared to be noticeably intoxicated. A deputy spotted his vehicle turned north on South First Road and continued driving. But when the vehicle turned westbound, he failed to use a turn signal.

Brenden showed signs of impairment during performance of field sobriety tests and was therefore arrested for DUI.
