48-Year Old Man Faces DUI Charge

Following a high-speed chase with northern Arizona authorities, James O’Donnell was arrested for allegedly driving his motorcycle while intoxicated.

According to report, sheriff’s deputy spotted a crash motorcycle last Sunday evening and the driver was on the side of a road. During a breathalyzer test, it was found out that O’Donnell’s BAC level was at .203 percent.

In addition to DUI, the suspect will also be facing a charge on unlawful flight from a pursuing law-enforcement vehicle.
