70-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

After getting involved in a car crash that killed a 79-year old driver, J.L. Hayesworth was arrested last Saturday for allegedly driving under the influence.

According to report, the victim was driving a motorized wheelchair when he struck by Hayesworth.  The 79-year old victim was ejected from his wheelchair right after the fatal collision. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it after careening into a ditch.

Hayesworth was eventually release from prison after a bond hearing.
