30-Year Old Driver Charged with DUI

David Smith was arrested last Friday after causing a car accident that caused a woman her foot.

According to report, Smith drove into another vehicle on Kelly road last Dec. 6 that caused injuries not only to himself but also to another driver. The woman ended up with a broken foot which apparently required her to stay in the hospital for a few days.

Smith is now facing charges on second-degree assault, failure to drive in a proper lane and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
