Snow Plow Driver Faces DUI Charge

Thomas Keith Henderson, West Virginia Department of Transportation worker, is now facing a DUI charge following his arrest last Wednesday.

According to report, Henderson was arrested near Keystone after a police officer stopped him because his driver’s side headlight was out. When the officer approached the suspect’s vehicle, the former smelled alcohol and noticed that Henderson’s eyes were glassy and bloodshot.

Henderson submitted himself to a breathalyzer test in which his BAC level registered at 0.9 percent.
