29-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

Ronald Marshall, 29 years old, was arrested last Saturday evening for driving under the influence.

According to report, the incident took place at 10:15 p.m. north of Taft. Marshall was driving a Suzuki GSXR 750 westbound on Taft Highway when he veered to the right east of Midway Road and hit the guardrail. Christopher Dross, a passenger of Marshall, was ejected from the motorcycle causing him to sustain fatal injuries.
