Kearns Man Faces DUI Charge
Manuel de Jesus, 45 years old, was arrested last Saturday evening after getting involved in a suspected DUI accident that killed a 3-year old child.
According to report, de Jesus was driving recklessly on 54th South when the incident took place. Police said the suspected failed to stop at a red light on 1300 West and slammed his vehicle into the back of a Subaru Legacy.
De Jesus is now facing DUI and vehicular homicide charges.
