27-Year Old Man Faces DUI Charge
Matthew Allen Shavers was arrested last Jan. 20 for allegedly driving under the influence.
According to Police Chief Leonard Papania, Shaver’s recent arrest stems from an Oct. 2013 incident in which the suspect was initially arrested for second offense DUI. After further investigation, the police learned that Shaver had already two prior DUI convictions.
Shavers is currently being held at Harrison County jail on a $15,000 bond.
