Perry County Police Chief Faces DUI Charge

Richard Pickles, Perry County police chief, was charged with DUI and failing to stop at a stop sign after he was pulled over by Susquehanna Township police last June.

According to report, Pickles’ BAC level at the time of his arrest was at 0.082 percent. He was scheduled for a preliminary hearing before District Judge James A. Lenker. Subsequently, he will appear for formal arraignment on March 3 at Dauphin County Courthouse.
