Truck Driver Faces DUI Charge

Following a DUI crash that took place early Monday morning near the Van Meter Road exit, a truck driver was charged for allegedly driving under the influence.

According to report, police received a call regarding debris in the roadway. When they arrived at the scene, they found a damaged guardrail near exit 94 along with the flattened wheels of an 18-wheeler truck driven by Bryan Miller.

Winchester Police charged Miller with DUI and has also an active warrant for his arrest.
