41-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

Philip Krogstad, 32 years old, was arrested last Friday evening for driving under the influence and killing a 41-year old Sandy man.

After hitting the victim, Krogstad fled the scene of the accident but later returned on foot and turned himself into the police. Several field sobriety tests were conducted but Krogstad failed all of them. His vehicle was found in a nearby parking lot and will be processed for evidence.

Krogstad was arrested and booked into Clackamas County Jail on a $32,500 bond.
