20 Years in Prison Due to DUI

Justino Jason Hernandez, 23 years old, was given a 20-year sentence with 15 years suspended after pleading guilty last October to felony counts of negligent vehicular assault and negligent homicide.

According to record, Hernandez was driving from Wolf Point going to Billings when his vehicle rolled off Interstate 94. Due to the impact, one of the passengers died while the other one suffered injuries.

After giving the verdict, the judge agreed to recommend Hernandez once he has finished serving his jail sentence.
