Olivehurst Woman Faces DUI Charge

Vanessa Renee Suzanne Garnica, 27 years old, was arrested in Linda on suspicion of driving under the influence after injuring a passenger in an accident last Sunday evening.

According to report, Garnica was driving west of Griffith Avenue when her vehicle went off the road and overturned. She was then booked into Yuba County Jail without bail.

In addition to DUI, the suspect was also charged with misdemeanor driving with a restricted license and misdemeanor violation of probation.
