David Bisard to Plead Guilty to 2nd DUI Charge

Former police officer David Bisard still has not entered a guilty plea after two months of continuances. Although the man is willing to take responsibility for his actions, the case may likely take a few more months before verdict can be served.

According to Bisard’s lawyer, they already had prior discussions with the prosecutor’s office regarding their plea for maximum sentence. This sentence, once concluded, shall add another year to Bisard’s prison term in a 2010 DUI case.
