54-Year-Old Man Faces DUI

Richard Henry Laye Jr., 54 years old, was arrested and booked into Bradford County Correctional Facility following a vehicle accident in Athens last Monday evening.

According to report, Laye was charged with driving under the influence and failure to remain at the scene of the accident. The suspect was also cited with several traffic violations including operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving without insurance, unauthorized transfer or use of registration and reckless driving.
