Valley Teen Faces DUI Charge After Having Clean Blood Test
Mac Howell, after being accused of smoking marijuana, is now facing DUI charges.
According to report, a Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputy saw signs of impairment when Howell was pulled over and asked to perform several field sobriety tests. He admitted that he had been surrounded by people who were smoking pot but had never tried one before.
Howell’s blood test came back negative and yet he was still charged with drug DUI.
