Rock Band Star Guilty in Appeal of DUI Conviction
Todd Harrell, bassist rock band 3 Doors Down, lost his appeal on a DUI conviction last Wednesday in a bench trial in Harrison County Court.
According to record, Harrell was convicted last Aug. 23 for driving under the influence. He was driving a Cadillac when his vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck at a four-way stop on Lemoyne Boulevard at Gorenflo Road.
After County Court Judge Robin Alfred Midcalf heard several hours of testimony last Wednesday, Harrell was still found guilty of DUI.
