10 Years in Prison Due to DUI
Stephan Ernst, 33 years old, was ordered by the court last Tuesday to serve three to ten years in prison state. The verdict was rendered in connection to a drunken driving incident in Allentown that left Ernst’s friend paralyzed from the chest down.
Last November, Ernst pleaded guilty to aggravated assault while driving under the influence. In return for his plea, few charges were dropped including reckless endangerment, personal injury while not properly licensed and DUI as a first offense.
