Tulsa Country Sheriff's Office arrested Brian L. Ragsdale who was charged with causing an injury wreck while driving under the influence of drugs. According to authorities, Ragsdale "had taken pain medication before he crossed the center line and hit a motorcyclist last year." Man Sentenced to 9 Years Following the Death of a Newborn

Ramon Hernandez, who was suspected of DUI, has been sentenced to a maximum of 9 years in prison after a Colorodo couple's newborn died in the accident in Northern New Mexico on June 2012.The couple, Aileen and Zach Smith of Colorado Springs, was driving to California for a baby shower when another car driven by Hernandez veered in front of their SUV. Last Tuesday morning, 42-year old Donald Kilgore was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after troopers pulled over his truck. According to report, authorities received a call regarding a blue Ford Ranger swerving all over southbound on Coastal Highway. After getting involved in a fatal crash that killed two passengers in Carbon County, suspect Richard M. Matsick was charged with vehicular homicide while driving drunk. Lompoc Man Arrested for Alleged DUI

William Alex Gomez, 18 years old, was arrested last Saturday evening for allegedly driving under the influence. According to report, the incident took place at around 1:22 a.m. last Saturday. Police received a call regarding the traffic collision and they immediately responded to the scene of the accident.
