Football Coach Faces DUI Charge

Following a motor vehicle stop, Christian Garnett, a football coach in Darien, was arrested for driving under the influence and fighting with the officers in an attempt to arrest him.According to report, Garnett became hostile with the officers after he was pulled over in a vehicle stop. Bus Driver Pleaded Guilty to DUI

Carole Crockett, 48 years old, pleaded guilty to DUI and child endangerment last Monday. According to the Burlington County prosecutor, the plea agreement will call for Crockett to receive a 3-year prison term.According to record, the southern New Jersey school bus driver was under the influence of alcohol when she was driving a bus with 25 students on board. Trial Date Already Set for Lynch’s DUI Case

A judge in Alameda County Court denied the motion to dismiss Lynch’s DUI case. Apparently, a trial date has already been set and Lynch is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 27.According to report, Lynch was arrested last July 2012 when a police officer allegedly spotted him weaving in and out of lanes. Cop Suspended After Getting Charged with DUI

Prince George’s County police officer Rodney Lewis was suspended after he allegedly lost control of his police cruiser and was charged with driving under the influence.According to report, Lewis was traveling in Fairfax at around 2:45 a.m. when his police car hit a wall on Interstate 495 near the American Legion Memorial Bridge. 33-Year Old Man Charged with DUI

Jason Collins, 33 years old, was charged with driving under the influence after the 29-year old Casey Kohlmeier got killed when his patrol vehicle struck in a median turnaround at Route 23. According to report, Collins was traveling north on Interstate 55 when his pickup truck left the road and hit the patrol car. Collins was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Kenosha Man Charged with DUI

Adam R. Bileck, 32 years old, was charged with driving under the influence after he smashed an SUV that burst into flames last Friday morning.According to report, the SUV went off the road and struck a north suburban townhouse before bursting into flame.
