51-Year Old Man Faces DUI Charge

Tony Caulder, 51 years old, was arrested last Oct. 19 at Cummings Market in Kennebunk for driving under the influence.According to report, convenience store employees turned away from Caulder when he came to the market because they thought he was intoxicated. The employees followed the man outside the market and immediately called the police when the he rode off on the lawn mower.Earlier that day, Caulder was seen pumping gas into his lawnmower.For more of this story, click here.

Hackettstown Woman Faces Reckless Driving Charge

Last Oct. 18, 59-year old Denis M. Knittle was arrested for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and speeding.According to report, the incident happened at 12:51 a.m. Knittle was traveling at 53 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone on Route 57. When she was pulled over by a police officer, she was asked to perform several field sobriety tests which she unfortunately failed.In addition, her BAC level registered at .17 percent.For more of this story, click here.

17-Year Old Boy Arrested for DUI

An unidentified 17-year old driver was arrested last Saturday midnight in the northeast part of the valley for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.According to report, the 19-year old woman was killed and a driver got injured after the vehicle they were riding got out of control and collided with a light pole. Motorcyclist Arrested for Reckless Driving

29-year old Daniel Rebello was arrested last Tuesday morning after he allegedly drove his bike at 100 miles per hour along Interstates 93 and 95 and Route 24.After fleeing the scene, he was finally arrested by a Randolph police officer who found him hiding behind a parked tractor-trailer off Route 139.In his arraignment last Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to numerous charges including failure to stop for police, operating a vehicle with suspended license and racing a motor vehicle.For more [...]

74-Year-Old Man Faces Reckless Driving and DUI Charges

Floyd Edward Hargiss, 74 years old, was arrested last Monday for driving under the influence and reckless driving in downtown Eugene.According to a report, Hargiss was travelling northbound on Willamette when he accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes. He swerved to miss a vehicle in front of him and hit a pole instead. Tim Deegan Charged with DUI

First Coat News’ chief Tim Deegan was arrested last Saturday in Jacksonville Beach for allegedly driving under the influence.According to report, Deegan was arrested at around 9:48 p.m. but was later released at his own recognizance the following day. The initial arrest was made by the Jacksonville Beach Police Department.No report has been released yet regarding the circumstances of Deegan’s arrest. Two Women Arrested for Reckless Driving, Robbing and Assaulting

Last Friday morning, two women were arrested for assaulting and robbing a man who had recorded them allegedly driving recklessly in Lincoln.According to report, the man used his iPhone to record the car moving through the parking lot of the Walmart at around 2 a.m. When a woman got out of the vehicle, she allegedly yelled at the man for recording them. Fairfax Man Arrested for DUI

According to authorities, a Fairfax man stopped in the fast lane of Highway 101 to take a nap when he got arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.Police said they received a call around 3:40 a.m. about a car blocking a northbound lane of the freeway.
