Donaldson’s DUI Case Dismissed

A DUI charge against ABC News personality Sam Donaldson has been dismissed due to lack of probable cause. A Delaware judge ruled that there was no sufficient evidence for the police to arrest the News personality.According to report, Donaldson was pulled over last December for a traffic violation. Bixby Man Faces His 10th DUI Charge

Thomas Supernaw, 45 years old, was arrested last Friday morning for allegedly driving under the influence.According to the Tulsa Police, the ex-con was taken into custody after the latter led the authorities in a high-speed chase on the Broken Arrow Expressway. Police said the chase began after they responded to a domestic dispute.Records show that Supernaw had nine prior DUI convictions. Melissa Harris, 39 years old, was arrested for driving under the influence on 10 Freeway that apparently triggered an eight-vehicle crash.According to report, the accident happened at around 1:20 a.m. on eastbound freeway, east of San Diego Freeway. Dentist Convicted of DUI

Matthew Moye, 37 years old, was sentenced to 12 years in prison followed by 10 years probation for two counts of DUI manslaughter.According to report, Moye got into a fatal road accident three years ago that killed two children on Harbour Island Bridge. A 25-year old woman faces multiple charges including felony hit-and-run and driving under the influence.According to report, the unnamed woman was arrested last Thursday after a vehicle and a pedestrian were struck in Pacific Beach.
