21-Year Old Driver Arrested for DUI

Bobby Recinos, 21 years old, was arrested last Saturday for allegedly driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter.

Authorities said Recinos was driving a 2006 Dodge Charger southbound on Highway 29 at around 4 a.m. when he failed to negotiate a sweeping curve. His vehicle went off the road and struck a tree.

Unfortunately, the woman who was seated on the right front passenger seat wasn’t wearing a seat belt when the accident happened. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
