Norfolk’s Prosecutor Arrested for DUI

Greg D. Underwood, Norfolk’s top prosecutor, was arrested last Wednesday night for driving under the influence.

According to report, Underwood was arrested at Brambleton Avenue exit in Norfolk but was taken to Virginia Beach magistrate to avoid any conflict of interest. Sgt. Michelle Anaya also reported that Underwood was later released on unsecured bond.

In addition to DUI, Underwood was also charged with refusal, driving through a work zone and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.
