Dentist Faces DUI Manslaughter Charge

Relative to the Harbour Island Bridge incident in 2010, 37-year old Matthew Moye is scheduled to appear in court to face DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges.

According to report, Moye lost control of his vehicle when it spun onto the sidewalk and hit 2 pedestrians who were leaving work at the Marriott Waterside Hotel. Unfortunately, both died because of the accident.

After nearly three years of extensive investigation and depositions, the date has finally been set for the trial of Moye.
