17-Year Old Student Pleaded Guilty to Reckless Driving

Following the death of his friend John Malvar, 17-year old student from Arlington County high school pleaded guilty to reckless driving charge.Authorities said Malvar was riding a skateboard while clinging to the back of a truck driven by his friend when the accident happened. Father with Three Children Inside the Vehicle Faces DUI Charge

Thirty two (32) year old Brian Robert Gramento was arrested last Tuesday for driving under the influence. According to records, this is Gramento’s 7th DUI offense.Police said they found Gramento heading home from Western Washington State Fair when he ran into a stop sign nearly hitting a police officer’s vehicle. 40-Year Old Man Charged with DUI

Following a fatal crash that killed an 84-year old man, John Wiesch was charged with aggravated DUI.Police said Wiesch was driving his pickup truck eastbound when he ran a stop sign and struck a Toyota Avalon driven by the 84-year old man. 27-year old Anthony S. Smith was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence. 65-Year Old Man Charged with DUI

Larrie Taylor, 65 years old, was charged last Monday with second offense DUI.According to report, the suspect was traveling on Boggs Road when his pickup truck smashed into a utility pole. The second offense DUI charge was certified by a grand jury in Accomack County General District Court.Records show that Taylor previously spent eight years in prison after getting involved in a fatal crash that killed a Virginia State trooper 10 years ago.Click here for more of this news.

DUI Suspect Pleads Guilty to the Charge

Relative to the August 2012 incident, 43-year old Kelly Ann Hudson pleaded guilty to charges of reckless driving, vehicular assault and vehicular homicide.According to report, Hudson crossed the line and collided head-on with a vehicle occupied by four individuals. 34-Year Old Man Faces His 7th DUI Charge

Georgi Grigorov, 34 years old, was arrested last Saturday for aggravated DUI.According to report, Grigorov was pulled over by a police offer while driving his BMW. Several field sobriety tests were conducted which Grigorov unfortunately failed to pass. He also refused to submit himself in a breathalyzer test.Records show that the suspect has been convicted six times for DUI, four of which on bond forfeiture warrants. DUI Checkpoint Yielded 20 Arrests

Last Friday night, Kansas City Police conducted a DUI checkpoint which lasted for a few hours.The spot check was set up at 7712 Wornall Road. Of the 382 vehicles that were screened, 20 drivers were arrested for driving under the influence. In addition, four drivers were cited for driving with revoked or suspended license, three for hazardous moving violations and six for other traffic-related violations.One motorist was also arrested for illegal possession of marijuana during the DUI checkpoint.For more [...]
