44-Year Old Woman Sentenced for DUI

After endangering her severely autistic daughter while driving a motor home intoxicated, Kelly Jean Woodruff was sentenced last Monday for DUI.According to records, Woodruff was arrested by a Billings police officer after she was spotted driving erratically on Avenue B.Woodruff was ordered to serve a three-year deferred sentence for criminal endangerment and a concurrent six-month jail term for misdemeanor aggravated DUI. Bennington Police Conducted DUI Checkpoint

22-year old Kariann C. 36-year old Melissa Forrest was charged with driving under the influence after she got involved in a road accident last Sept. 17.Police said Forrest was driving the school bus when she rear-ended a wheelchair-accessible van that stopped at a red light on Main Street. Township Assessor Pleaded Guilty to Reckless Driving

Tom Greanias, Decatur township assessor, pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to a reckless driving charge.
