Kalispell Man Faces His 4th DUI Charge

Relative to the Sept. 19 traffic stop incident, 51-year old Charles Pyles was charged with driving under the influence and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

According to report, Pyles was pulled over by a Montana Highway Patrol trooper after he was clocked at five miles per hour over the speed limit. When authorities started asking a few questions, he was evasive about identifying himself.

Consequently, the suspect was arrested and booked into county jail on a $40,000 bond.
