Volusia Sheriff Arrested for DUI

37-year old Stephanie LeClerc, a Volusia County sheriff deputy, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to report, LeClerc was spotted driving northbound on State Road 415, south of State Road 44. Spokesman Gary Davidson said LeClerc was pulled over by another deputy on Disera Way. A 7-year old child was found inside the vehicle at the time of the suspect’s arrest.

“LeClerc has been placed on administrative leave with pay as a result of her arrest Saturday night by the Sheriff’s Office for DUI,” Davidson said.
