Colonial Heights Man Pleaded Guilty to DUI

30-year old Aaron Christy entered into a guilty plea agreement before Judge Walter Stout of Chesterfield Circuit Court.

According to report, Christy admitted to the police that when he was in fact intoxicated when the fatal crash happened last June 8. As part of the plea agreement, Christy is likely to face up to 10-year prison term. Sentencing is set on Jan. 6.

Court records also showed that Christy was convicted two years ago of DUI and was sentenced to serve four days in jail.
