24-Year Old Driver Charged with DUI

According to police report, a pickup truck and a Mercedes Benz were driving westbound when the driver of the Mercedes hit the truck.

The truck careened out of control while the Mercedes continued westbound and hit a raised center barrier.

Records show that Bludau was charged with first offense DUI in June.

Although he was able to satisfy the court for the previous charge, he is now facing a new set of indictment.
