38-Year Old Man Arrested for DUI

According to Vermont State Police, the car crash that took place in Orange early Tuesday morning was a case of drunk driving.

Police said Robert Flye was driving his car on Route 32 when it smashed into the ditch. After authorities have investigated the incident, Flye was charged with driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with suspended license.

Meanwhile, no injuries were reported. Flye is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23 to answer all the charges.
