21-Year Old Man Faces DUI Trial

Francis T. Roscioli, 21 years old, was charged with driving under the influence after killing a pedestrian on Easton Road. He will be facing trail in Northampton County Court.

According to report, Roscioli was traveling westbound when his vehicle crossed the road and killed 35-year old pedestrian Abraham Rivera. Rivera was walking along Lehigh Drive when he got hit.

Records show that this is Roscioli’s second DUI charge this summer.
