44-Year Old Woman Sentenced for DUI

After endangering her severely autistic daughter while driving a motor home intoxicated, Kelly Jean Woodruff was sentenced last Monday for DUI.

According to records, Woodruff was arrested by a Billings police officer after she was spotted driving erratically on Avenue B.

Woodruff was ordered to serve a three-year deferred sentence for criminal endangerment and a concurrent six-month jail term for misdemeanor aggravated DUI. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
