43-Year Old Faces 5th DUI Charge
After being spotted traveling in Interstate 94 and eventually went off the road, 43-year old Lisa Smith Peterson was arrested for driving under the influence.
According to authorities, police were sent to the area after they received a report regarding a woman trying to wave down motorists. After the initial interrogation, Peterson was brought to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Records show that this is Peterson’s 5th DUI offense. Her prior convictions were recorded between 1987 and 2009.
