Last Tuesday, Braden Reeves appeared in court and was officially charged with DUI and felony tampering with evidence.According to police, Reeves was arrested last Sunday after his vehicle rolled over into a police car and eventually left. Lando Jack Gregori was charged with resisting arrest and driving under the influence after he was pulled over by Great Falls police last Tuesday evening.According to report, Gregori had red glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol when he was pulled over by the police officers. Utah Teen Charged with DUI

Relative to the July 24 fatal collision, 19-year old Jeffrey Stewart was officially charged with driving under the influence.According to police report, Stewart was traveling northbound when his vehicle hit the 32-year old pedestrian who was crossing the travel lanes that night. Nicholas Asher Tendick died after he was brought to the hospital.Records show that Tendick suffered from major injuries. 47-Year Old Driver Arrested for DUI

Rodney L. Morgan was arrested last Sunday for driving under the influence following a car crash in US-45 northbound and Burleigh Street.Early Sunday morning, police officers received a phone call regarding a crash in Burleigh Street. Assistant City Attorney Pleads Guilty to DUI

Keith E. Allenstein, 44 years old, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence after he was arrested last June.Allenstein, an assistant Sioux Falls city attorney, was charged last June 27 with DUI. Murfreesboro Man Faces 2nd DUI Charge

John M. Dixon, 27 years old, was arrested last Sunday for driving under the influence. Apparently, this is Dixon’s 2nd DUI offense in 16 months.According to report, Dixon was pulled over for allegedly disregarding a stop sign. 23-Year Old Driver Arrested for DUI

Following a fatal collision that killed one passenger, Henry Lee was arrested Tuesday morning for suspicion of driving under the influence.Police said the driver was traveling at an excessive rate of speed when he smashed into a concrete railing. Joey Mulcahy, former cast member of MTV reality show “Buckwild” is now facing charges on DUI, reckless driving and failure to report an incident.According to authories, Mulcahy was arrested Tuesday evening in Sissonville after troopers smelled alcohol during the initial interrogation.
