Stevensville Woman Arrested for DUI

Following a crash on Sunset Bench Road near Stevensville, 46-year old Stacey Ann Klare was charged with driving under the influence last Monday.According to records, Klare’s 1993 Ford Explorer was traveling eastbound when it went off the right side of the road and then smashed into a power pole. Billings Man Charged with 6th DUI Offense

Shane Dion Helland, 32 years old, pleaded guilty to his sixth DUI offense last Thursday in District Court.According to records, Helland was arrested last March 21 after he was pulled over for driving without headlights. Floyd Matlock, 27 years old, was arrested Thursday morning near I-43 southbound at Lapham Boulevard for driving under the influence.Police said the suspect is likely to face multiple charges after his vehicle smashed into a barreled-off area of construction zone. Singer Miguel Faces DUI Charge

R&B singer Miguel was arrested early Thursday morning for driving under the influence.According to report, the singer was spotted speeding and having his windows tinted at around 2:15 a.m. When he was pulled over, the police officers smelled alcohol.The suspect submitted himself to a breathalyzer test and as expected, he went over the legal limit. Agriculture Teacher Arrested for DUI

36-year old Matt Wayne Boyer was arrested early Saturday morning for driving under the influence.According to report, the Claremore High School agriculture teacher was traveling southbound on Highway 88 when he was spotted swerving on the road. He made a stop at a traffic sign but was apparently intoxicated while driving.The deputy asked Boyer to perform the sobriety test. DUI Suspect Released from Jail

After being held on a $150,000 bail for a DUI charge, 54-year old Deanna Jensen Graham was realeased from jail.According to report, Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Shawn Silvan spotted Graham traveling over the solid white line and into the bike lane on the side of Mullan Road.
