54-year old James John Duggan was arrested for driving under the influence last July 9 after he smashed into a motorcyclist that left the latter with serious injuries.Duggan was booked into Delaware County prison but was then released two days later after he had posted a $1,000 bail. Laurel Man Pleaded Guilty to his 5th DUI Charge

Golf Cart Driver Faces DUI Charge
