Duncansville DUI Checkpoint Led to 10 Arrests

During an evening checkpoint at Blair Country, ten individuals were charged for driving under the influence.The spot check was set up at Duncansville Saturday evening. 24-year old Oakland man may face felony charges of driving under the influence after two of his minor passengers were seriously injured in a car accident. An 18-year-old Florence man faces DUI charge after being getting involved in a two-car collision that killed a passenger.According to police report, Nicklas Surls was arrested by the South Carolina Highway Patrol in Florence. DUI Checkpoint at an Undisclosed Location

On Saturday, Manteca Police Department Traffic Unit will conduct a DUI/Driver’s License checkpoint at an undisclosed location within the city. Wrong-Way Driver Faces DUI Charge

54-year old Rick Allen Walker was arrested for driving under the influence causing injury last Wednesday. He is also responsible for a collision and a massive traffic jam in the Antelope Valley.According to the police report, Walker allegedly drove southbound on northbound lanes of the 14 Freeway.
