Arkansas Man Faces DUI and Weapons Charges
Juan Perez Castro, 37 years old, was arrested for DUI and weapons charges after being stopped for running a red light last June 2. In addition, he was also charged with identity theft, driving without a license, no proof of insurance and transporting an open container of alcohol.
According to report, ACPD officers stopped the vehicle that was driven by Castro after he ran a red light at Madison Avenue and Summit Street. He also allegedly had a pair of brass knuckles and a North Carolina driver’s license belonging to another individual.
Castro remained in the Cowley County Jail on a $7,900 bond.
